  • Able to Stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs over head

The Executive Chef function is broken down into two positions that work together as a team to fulfill our responsibility to our members

Chef De Cuisine

The Chef De Cuisine is the creative culinary expert, experienced in modern and classical cuisine and techniques.  

Chef De Santé

The Chef De Santé (Health) is the analytical nutrition expert trained to understand the impacts of different ingredients and their nutritional make-up on the dietary needs of our members.  

Hiring Process

  5. 1 Week Training, 10 hours total (training pay = $8.25 / hr)
